Everything you want to know

The real questions Las Vegas business owners ask before putting a Golden Ticket machine in their space — with straight answers.

30-day risk-free trial — not a fit? We remove it, no cost, no hassle.

We keep it simple. You get paid based on what sells out of the machine. Depending on the product, that's a set amount every time a pack, bag, or item sells. or a percentage of the sale. At the beginning of each month we send your payment and a breakdown of what the machine did. usually by direct deposit (ACH). Checks are available too if you prefer.

It depends on the location and the product mix. We'll agree on a number before the machine goes in — either a flat amount per sale or a percentage of revenue or profit. The per-vend model is usually easiest because you know exactly what you make every time something sells.

We normally direct deposit it into your bank account through ACH — it keeps everything clean and easy to track. If you prefer a check, we can do that too. We try to use one payment method across all your locations.

Pretty compact. The wall-mounted unit is roughly the size of a modern TouchTunes jukebox. The standing unit is bigger than an ATM but smaller than one of your coolers. We'll show you exactly what it looks like in your space before we install.

Almost nothing. A normal electrical outlet and about three to four square feet of wall or floor space. plus a business that's open to foot traffic. We handle everything else — machine, cards, stocking, service, and support.

No. We can wall mount it, put it on a pedestal, or use a standing machine. It depends on what looks best in your space and how much room you want to use. Even the wall units can go on a pedestal if you don't want anything drilled into the wall.

Not necessarily. If your WiFi works we can use it, but the machine can also run on its own wireless connection. The main things you actually need from the location are power and space.

We stock the hottest trading card products — Pokemon and other in-demand sets. The product mix is chosen to match the customers who actually come into your specific location.

Yes. We follow whatever rules apply to the products we sell. If anything is regulated, we handle the proper licensing before those products go live. If something needs additional licensing in your area, we can still install the machine with the other products first.

No — we handle all the licensing and compliance on our side.

Age-restricted products can be locked behind an ID scanner, and the software controls which products require age verification separately. Minors can't buy anything that's restricted.

You provide the outlet, but power usage is tiny — basically like leaving a TV plugged in. There's no refrigeration or anything high-draw. It's not a meaningful cost.

That's our problem, not yours. The machines have a refund sensor, so if somebody pays and the product doesn't drop, it refunds them automatically. There's also a QR code and support sticker on the machine so customers report issues straight to us — your staff never deals with it.

No. It's our machine and our responsibility. The machines are built for high-traffic environments, and damage to our equipment is not your business problem.

Then we pull it. Every machine starts with a 30-day risk-free trial — if for any reason you or we don't feel it's a good fit, we remove it promptly. No hassle, no worries, no cost. After that, if it's ever not working for both of us, we remove it at no cost to you. There's no reason to force it.

We'd rather tie your payment to how the machine actually performs. A flat amount before either of us knows what the machine will do can leave one of us shortchanged. Flat rent can make sense in some mall or retail lease situations, but for a normal vending location a revenue share is fairer to both sides.

It depends on the location. We won't guarantee a number, but machines have generated anywhere from around $500 to several thousand dollars a month in sales depending on traffic and location type. plus the product mix.

If we have a machine ready, we can usually install within about a week of finalizing the spot. If we need to order a specific model, we'll give you an accurate date once it's confirmed in stock — typically a couple of weeks.

No. If we put anything in writing it's a simple placement agreement so both of us know what we're agreeing to. No crazy multi-year lock-in.
